We use the information you provide to operate the Site, display your listing publicly, deliver leads to you, authenticate your account, communicate service updates, and improve the Site. Information you publish on a listing is intended to be public.
3. Public Listings and Third-Party Scraping
Listings on GreatBusinesses.org are publicly accessible by design so that customers, search engines, and AI assistants can find your business. We do not, and cannot, guarantee that your published listing data will not be accessed, indexed, copied, scraped, cached, or otherwise reused by third parties, including search engines, crawlers, AI training systems, data brokers, or other automated tools. By publishing a listing, you accept that your listing data may be collected and reused by third parties outside of our control.
4. United States Only
The Site is intended for businesses located in the United States. We only accept American business addresses and American phone numbers.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete your listing or your entire account from your dashboard or settings at any time. After deletion, your listing data is removed from the live Site, although cached or scraped copies held by third parties are outside of our control.

The Site is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
